Just as I was about to head to bed and have a damn good tug over internet pr0n, I came across (heh) this article from the Herald Sun:

St Kilda City Football Club accepts sponsorship from California Club brothel

A SUBURBAN footy club has sparked outrage by hopping into bed with a high-class city brothel.

St Kilda City Football Club has struck a deal that will see the California Club sex parlour act as one of its main sponsors for its senior team in the 2010 season.

But women’s groups and community organisations yesterday reacted with fury at the deal, believed to be worth $2000 a year.

“Clearly the AFL’S Respect and Responsibility program is not filtering down to the grass-roots level as anticipated,” said Carolyn Worth, spokeswoman for the Centre Against Sexual Assault.

“How can they even think that this would be acceptable? What message do they think they’re giving young men?”

The club revealed negotiations began late last year when the club had a female president, Trinity Ballis.

Ms Ballis said she understood the concerns of the community but the club needed the money to continue.

“Not a lot of local businesses will sponsor local sports. It gets harder for the club to survive,” Ms Ballis said.

“They’re not offering product, the boys will not be offered a free shag if they play well, it’s just finance to pay league fees.”

Alrighty. There’s three points I want to raise here:

1. Who gives a shit?
2. Who gives a rats fat cunt?

Correct me here if I have a severely distorted view of things, but if this is nothing more than a sponsorship deal as described in the article – what’s the fucking problem? Despite the fact I don’t give two shits about community football clubs, I really don’t give a fuck where any sponsorship money comes from.

Now we get to talk about Carolyn Worth, who is quoted in the article as spokesbitch for the Centre Against Sexual Assault. Taking a look at their website they mention that their clinics and services cater for any victim of sexual assault (female OR male), but if you have a read of some of their material it’s kinda clear they’re a bunch of man-hating dykes.

Anyway. I’m still kinda curious how this Worth slut makes the giant fucking leap from a brothel sponsoring a community football club to thinking that doing such is promoting a message that sexual assault is acceptable. If you think about it (I know thinking is hard, but try) the availability of a brothel could arguably prevent sexual assaults or rape taking place. Cos you know, a horny guy who needs to get his rocks off could lay down some cheddar and do the deed in a safe and comfortable environment rather than hunting down some bitch on the street or at a bar. But I bet Worth didn’t think of that. Or she’s just conveniently choosing to ignore that bit to promote her own fucking agenda.

While writing this, I was a tad curious to see who sponsored some of the football clubs in the same league as the St Kilda City Football Club. Here’s a list of some of the more interesting sponsors:

Interesting that. Again, it could be argued that alcohol potentially plays a large part in sexual assaults and other such offences, but I don’t see Worth, CASA or any other critic mentioned in the article making any mention of alcohol-related sponsorship here. To a lesser degree, no mention either of the gambling-related sponsorships as well.

I’ve never visited California Club, but I know they’ve been in operation for a good number of years. So I’m guessing whatever they’re doing is being probably being done safely (for both the bitches and the punters) and legally. As long as that’s maintained there’s no fucking issue with them slinging a bit of cash towards a fucking football club.

Regardless of this sponsorship deal, brothels – both legal and illegal – have existed in the past, they exist at present and will continue to exist well into the future. The really sad thing is that as a result of this becoming public, I can bet my right testicle that pressure from a governing body (AFL?) will force the deal to be cancelled and the club misses out on a much-needed $2,000.

I suggest that before this Carolyn Worth and the rest of her feminist skank posse wave their droopy cunt flaps around they step back and take a look at the whole scenario here. Might result in less menstrual blood being slung about the place.

Oh, one more thing: As I was taking a look at the websites of the various clubs that make up the Southern Football League, the logo from the Narre North Foxes website caught my eye:
